Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered” by the postal service, while exchanges can also be requested up to 30 days from this date. If 30 days have passed since your order’s delivery date, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges can be made for certain products only. Please note that we are not able to provide return & exchange services for all items that have been damaged or used. All products returned must not show any signs of wear and tear and should still have their tags attached. Upon return, we will inspect each product for damages and tear and if it (the product) shows signs of either or both, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

All decisions made by Sleeklaces.com regarding returned shoelaces are final but we will do everything humanly possible to accommodate your request as much as we can.
