The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This is usually within 1-3 days of receiving and confirming your orders. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours (or at most 3 days, depending on how busy we are) after the order is placed. In some cases, we will ship directly from our warehouse while in others, depending on the availability of the product purchased, the manufacturer and their respective warehouse will process the orders, which could take an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to our customer’s doorstep. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Most orders from certain locations (such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe) are shipped by e-packet, which is often quicker than standard postages and orders might arrive sooner than the stated days above. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
